When parent socks5 proxy get disconnected, polipo will surge in CPU usage and persist.

Pulling from latest git, compiled under cygwin latest version, tested on both 32 and 64 cygwin, when parent socks5 proxy (ssh tunnel using plink in my case) died, or died and then get reconnected, polipo will surge in CPU usage and never hold henceforth unless restarting it.
