Unable to stream mp4

Hi,

I found sometimes polipo is unable to stream mp4 file. I examined it but
didn't found any solutions. You can find a demo video in this site. (

And polipo log reports:

Couldn't write to client: short write.

System: iOS 9.3 & Mac OS X 10.11
