[Pound Mailing List] IE10/Win8 randomly faisl to establish SSL connection

Hi all, Every few requests, IE10 on Windows 8 (both desktop and metro) fails to establish the SSL connection and displays "This page can't be displayed". Turning off TLS in IE's settings seems to fix the issue. Unfortunately that's not something we can do on every user's browser! Here's the pound config: http://pastebin.com/zYf1KhMC It seems very similar to Simon's Chrome issue here: http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.web.pound.general/6069 We've sent hours on this with no solution yet so any clue that could point us in the right direction would be most welcome.
