[Pound Mailing List] RewriteLocation broken in 2.7c?

I've built 2.7c as we need ECHD, but it seems that RewriteLocation no longer works with this version. It seems to have no effect whatsoever, no matter whether set to 1 or 2, and just behaves as if set to 0. The version I've built is from <https://github.com/goochjj/pound/archive/stage_for_upstream/v2.7c.zip> Has anyone else found that this is the case?
