stage_for_upstream/v2.7e has been added to github, based on this release. pcidss/v2.6 hasn't changed, so if you migrate from pcisdss/v2.6 to 2.7d or newer, you need to move your DisableSSLv2 and DisableSSLv3 directives to Disable SSLv3.
