[Pound Mailing List] permission denied error - permission denied to what?

Greetings,

I'm running pound 2.7 on FreeBSD 10.1, and getting the following errors
while trying to load a website:

Permission denied

Parts of the page are displayed by the client properly, but not the whole
thing.  This all worked find in pound 2.6/FreeBSD 9.1, it started after an
upgrade to 2.7 and an OS upfrade to 10.1.

I can't find much in the docs or source code about this, so
my question is - what does this mean?  Any ideas on how to fix it?
