Hallo everybody

As you have noticed, development has been severely delayed. We have
work to do that we get paid for and that has priority.

I would like to issue a call for volunteers: if you think you can write
some code please contact me directly. We have a pretty good idea of
what Pound 3.0 should look like, but could use some help to actually
write the code. There also are a few design decisions to be finalised
and the coders would have an opportunity to have a saying there as
well.

The deadline for volunteering is the end of April. Please think
carefully before committing - you need to have the ability to code,
some knowledge of the subject matter and the time to actually do it.
