This patch adds a new Global Directive called:

Ignore100continue

Described in the pound manual as follows:

Ignore100continue: Ignore Header Expect: 100-continue (default: 1,
Ignored). If 0 pound manages Expect: 100-continue headers. So once pound is
patched if you don't use this directive pound will work as unpatched, only
if you configure

Ignore100continue 0

In global section Pound will manage this header and behaviour.
