Default Action 2.0 released

default.action 2.0 is posted  and available for download:

This version of default.action is a test release for the upcoming
Privoxy 3.0.6 Stable version. It will only work with Privoxy versions >= 
3.0.5! Do not try it on 3.0.3 unless you want to manually modify
it.

There are many, many changes from 1.9, especially in the block rules.
Please report any problems as soon as possible.

To use this version, you will manually have to install it to the
default Privoxy configuration location on your system. It is pre-set
to "Cautious" mode, and you may have to reset your base configuration.
