Version 2.9.18 (beta) released

Hi,

..this is to let you know that version 2.9.18 has been
released and most packages are available for download.

2.9.18 is a pure bugfix release and we hope that it
will be the last one in the 2.9.x series.

Known issues

- Misleading error pages if connect to parent proxy fails
  or (unsupported) use as FTP proxy tried
- Wrong HTTP status in Common Log Format (native format fine)
- HEAD requests for blocked items return whole substitute
  instead of only the header
- Unstable on Win2k pro (unconfirmed bug)
