regression test false positive

I'm having a problem with the regression test saying
2011-12-03 12:03:41: Ooops. '-block' is not among the final results.
2011-12-03 12:03:41: Failure for test 359/368/1/18. Sticky Actions:
'-block' and URL: 'Blocked:
http://adm.fwmrm.net/p/abc_live/KDPPlugin.beta.swf'

When I check

the results are
In file: match-all.action - the expected one match for /
In file: default.action - three separate matches for {+block{reason} }

and the final results section starts off with:

I've been looking at privoxy-regression-test.pl but darn if I can
figure out what the problem is :(
