I'm not aware of such a list and it would be OS-dependent anyway. For example Privoxy returns with 15 if you shut it down by sending SIGTERM and the OS uses signal 15 for SIGTERM. If a different signal number is used for SIGTERM, the return code will be different, too. Depending on the operating system Privoxy will also be terminated after receiving a couple of other signal it doesn't explicitly handle, for example SIGXCPU leads to return code 152 on my system. In general the exit codes seem to be a bit of a mess to me, and the fact that they aren't properly documented doesn't help.
