Hi Richard,

That screenshot proves that your Mac is not configured to use Privoxy, even if it is installed. Could you please show me what it is that makes you think that your iPad browsing is being filtered by Privoxy? Do you see any Privoxy messages on your iPad? If not what makes you think Privoxy is filtering your iPad browsing?

The items in your Mac Trash are not executables; they offer no proof that Privoxy was actually installed. The only way to know for sure is to look in the folder /usr/local/sbin and see whether your find 'privoxy' there (use Go.. Go To Folder in Finder to enter this path, since the /usr folder is hidden by Finder). The other possible location is /Library/Privoxy. If you don't find anything in either folder (or indeed if neither folder exists), then Privoxy is not installed on your Mac. As I said before, it cannot be installed on your iPad because Privoxy for iPad does not exist.
