Summary: Override cookie expiry

Initial Comment:
Hi,

Can't we have an option to override cookie expiry, so cookies all have their expiry set no later than say 1 hour into the future?

I see https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=1049575&group_id=11118&atid=361118 asked for the same thing way back in 2004. Surely this would be trivial to implement?

Niall
