Initial Comment:
If you click on any of the text on the Privoxy web site you'll notice it goes blue. A friend pointed out that this is due to the CSS on the page using :visited rather than a:visited.

:link { color: #0000FF }
:visited { color: #840084 }
:active { color: #0000FF }
