Mandriva 210.2 i586
shorewall activated
no antivirus
no other proxy
firefox 16.0.1


for about a month or less i can't access to dot.kde.org and for some days to 
www.digikam.org

each time i must fill a captcha

in the contrary of what incapsula says incapsula don't remember me as a true 
user and not a virus or a robot

if i unactivate privoxy (3.0.19)
then
i can access directly to kde sites
