After coming across several pop-up radio/TV players being incorrectly blocked I think it's worth looking at a generic unblocker for them. Unblocking something along the lines of:
/(.*/)?(player|radio|tv|television).?pop
/(.*/)?pop[-_]?(up|over|under|open(er)?)?s?(/|\.)(player|radio|tv|television)

...would solve artifact https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3569603&group_id=11118&atid=460288 as well as two other incorrect blocked pop-ups I've recently come across:
