Go to http://munirihsparrow.bandcamp.com/track/lamp-lighted as an example and try to play the song. It's blocked. The song comes from .bandcamp.com/download which has to be unblocked.

I have no objections against unblocking "/.*download".
I don't see the point of the parentheses, though.

If you commit this, please also add a test URL.
