In case you are wondering, it's in "perldoc privoxy-regression-test.pl".
Please let me know if there are any problems.

Besides privoxy-regression-test.pl there is also some work in
progress to use curl's test suite for Privoxy but not all of the
required patches have made it upstream yet.
