No problem.  If I was annoyed by your question I wouldn't have put the

My impression of privoxy-regression-test.pl is that it's mainly used
for checking actions.  I don't think there's any tests in there for
pipelining, persistent connections or the various timing issues that
can happen on the internet.

So while I agree that it's an incredible package, I don't think it
even attempts to be a full-blown regression test for all the features
in privoxy.  Hopefully Fabian will correct me if I'm wrong there :)
