After the man2html program failed I ran the cygwin setup program to
get everything current.  I thought I did the whole autoheader;
autoconf; ./configure procedure but re-ran just in case.  No
difference.  To make a long story short, I'm not sure if it was my
fiddling or reinstalling openjade that got me to the point where
telling configure where the stylesheet directory is located has things
working for me again.

I like the docbook idea of a single source that can create a whole set
of documents in different formats.  But when something changes &
docbook breaks it's a major pain to get it working again.
