please add support for authenticating in SOCKS5. There are SOCKS5 proxies which require username/password, and it is not possible to use them in privoxy

Thanks a lot for the patch, but while it may work for you, it doesn't seem
to be ready to be committed.

Having to recompile Privoxy to change username and password and the fact
that the authentication doesn't seem to be optional is a show-stopper.

If you are interested in addressing these issues (and maybe others if they
are any), I'd be glad to help getting the patch committed, but playing with
the priority is not going to achieve anything.

Guys, please! can you code-in this feature? It is needed to enable btguard
as a proxy. I tested the submitted code change, and it works. I increased
the priority
