This is done and the tarball has been replaced.

If that's still acceptable for everyone who wants to have packages
available around the time the announcement is sent out, that
would be my preference.

If anyone prefers a later date, please make a different suggestion.

BTW, an OS/2-specific packaging problem has been filed for 3.0.20 beta
a while ago. It would be great if it could be fixed for 3.0.21 stable:
