Indeed. Tags sometimes appear with an impressive delay in the web
interface, but for the CVS checkout this hopefully isn't an issue.

In case you want to double-check: the most recent revision
for the final v_3_0_21 is doc/webserver/announce.txt r1.29.

Unless there are any final objections I intend to send out the
announcement in about 16 hours and "unstage" the source tarball
if necessary (at the moment it looks like staging didn't work).
