My rule of thumb is that I add a generic unblock pattern if I suspect
that it prevents "lots" of false positives, know at least a couple of
examples and don't expect that it unblocks too much stuff as unintentional
side effect. If it does, hopefully the regression tests will show it.

Unless I miss something our generic block patterns don't actually
block hosts because they contain "ad" as part of "academy" and
thus I don't think "*academy*" is a good generic unblock pattern.

If it gets the streams from redbullmusicacademyradio.com working
that's probably because it overrides a path-based block in which
case it would be more appropriate to find a path-based generic
unblock pattern or to use a site-specific unblock pattern.
