I don't quite understand the problem.

What does multi-threading have to do with the upload file size?

If you mean that the source port isn't fixed, that's the expected
behaviour (even without Privoxy). It shouldn't cause any problems,
though.

I doubt that it helps in your case, but you could give it a try anyway.
