Initial Comment:
Noticed three things while going though the FAQ. None of them are a huge deal, but they're also easy fixes:

The link in section 1.17.1 with link text "get an account on SourceForge.net" is a 404. The correct URL should be: https://sourceforge.net/user/registration

The ink in section 1.17.2 with link text "Software in the Public Interest (SPI)" is also a 404. I *think* the correct URL should now just be the main page, http://www.spi-inc.org/, since there's no longer a separate "About SPI" page.

The very top of the FAQ says "Copyright © 2001-2011 by Privoxy Developers", giving the impression it hasn't been edited in two years. But the changelog says it was edited in March 2013, so this is underselling its up-to-dateness a bit.
