Summary: Command-line only tool for Win32

Initial Comment:
I am currently writing a very small browser in my free time.
Therefore i want to use tor and privoxy as small command-line tools, to establish a connection into the onion network.
Sadly there is no command-line tool fort Win32 users of privoxy, only an overloaded gui (which is always seen in the tray).

I dont want my little browser to get complicated, so the configuration should be fully automatic without any possibility for
common users to "change values by accident".

I believe its a pain to merge all the source into a working visual studio project ...
So i am asking for this little cmd tool (since tor already got its version - "expert bundle").

Greetings,
Max

I currently have no access to Windows.

If you need help with the compilation, please use one of the mailing
lists.

It's also possible, that one of the other subscribers may provide you with
a binary, but of course I can't promise anything.

Sorry for an additional comment, but i couldnt get it compiled.
Could you offer such a non-gui bin version for windows developers?

Im sure many applications would like to access this version without to
reuquire additional custom compiling. And i see almost every user with the
similar request before me had alot of problems to get it working ...

Awesome!
I am ashamed but i am not common to anything else besides visual studio
compiling (at least not yet).
For my windows convenience, are there any ready-to.use Win32 bins available
at the time? I am still on my way into development, also i am very sorry if
such questions are not welcome at here.

Thank you for your really fast and accurate answer!

The GUI on Windows is optional, just compile Privoxy without setting
--enable-mingw32.
