There are new ads on Google with a yellow AD box which are intrusive to search results. 

Can anyone suggest how these can be blocked or can it be added to new default medium action?

Message:
They are not new.
Since google is forcing HTTPS, Privoxy is unable to filter them. This wont
change until Privoxy is able to act as MITM for HTTPS.
