Summary: Tray icon hint

Initial Comment:
I run two Privoxy proxies on my machine and would like some easy way to distinguish between them.  I would like to be able to modify the tray icons mouseover hints so they are distinguishable.  The problem I have is that the icons sometimes get switched around in the tray, whereby I go into the wrong setting files when making changes.  Possibly a way to add some text following 'Privoxy' that shows up now.
