Privoxy at 30C3

I intend to travel to the 30th Chaos Communication Congress (30C3)
and, among other things, use the opportunity to talk to some people
about Privoxy and related topics.

If there are no objections by 2013-01-07, I'll try to recover
parts of my expenses (up to 250 €) by using SPI donations
earmarked for Privoxy.

In case you aren't following the SPI lists: according to the
SPI treasure's report from 2013-08-31 we collected 805,52 USD,
by then.

If this experiment goes well, I may do the same for FOSDEM
next February, assuming I manage to make it there.
