Initial Comment:
I am having a problem with redirect line because it has a # in the line eg:

{+redirect{s@^http://[^/]*(/$|$)@http://www.google.com.au/#q@}}
google.com.au/$

With the hash in the line Privoxy will shutdown or refuse to start.
I wish to do this as you get the bar menu up the top left for news, maps, youtube ect (I don't sign in to google)
Any help with this problem would be great.
