I usually pick TODO list items after estimating the effort required,
the user impact and whether it looks like an interesting task or a
tedious one.

For the "Privoxy month" I'd also like to ask past donors and maybe
ijbswa-users@ subscribers (potential donors) for their favourite
TODO list items, but haven't cleared this with SPI yet.
