Privoxy is not malware and hence cannot 'keep coming back' unaided. To  
bypass it once installed, access the proxy configuration for your web  
browser (how you do this will depend on your operating system and browser)  
and remove the entry that allows Privoxy to proxy your connection. By  
default this will be 127.0.0.1:8118.

On a human note, I personally will not respond further to your requests  
 from you unless you tone down your language and aggression. It is not the  
fault of Privoxy nor its developers that you have installed it on your  
system unintentionally.
