I'd like to release Privoxy 3.0.24 in the near future after
flushing a few more commits. Hopefully this will be the last
release before migrating away from SourceForge.

Currently the weekend in two weeks (2016-01-23 - 24) looks good
to me, provided I get all the commits in before the end of the
upcoming weekend and no complex regressions are found.

If that doesn't work out, I'd like to postpone the release
until the second weekend in February (2016-01-13 - 14).

I'll be at FOSDEM at the end of the month and at AKtiVCongrEZ
the weekend thereafter, and thus wouldn't want to do a release
to close to theses dates.
