Can we talk about exactly what "migrated" means?  I'd rather not give
SF any excuse for declaring the project abandoned and/or putting up
their own "mirrored" content under the privoxy banner.

Anyone know if SF has finished reviewing their mirroring practices
yet?  Last I saw was
