This is actually a relief for me - I am away from home next week and
will be catching up the week after, so a release in April suits me much
better.

be provided as an option.

#144 and #145 will be an experiment to see how complicated it is
for me to bill Zwiebelfreunde e.V. for the work directly after
donations have explicitly been made to get the work done. This procedure
has been previously proposed in the "Privoxy month" thread in 2014:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://sourceforge.net/p/ijbswa/mailman/ijbswa-developers/?viewmonth=201406">https://sourceforge.net/p/ijbswa/mailman/ijbswa-developers/?viewmonth=201406</a>

I've committed the code for #144 and #145 yesterday, but am a bit
behind my schedule in general and also forgot that I'll be distracted
by a conference this weekend (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://chemnitzer.linux-tage.de/2016/en">https://chemnitzer.linux-tage.de/2016/en</a>).

Therefore I'd like to postpone the release and intend to propose a
new release date at the end of this month. Presumably a release date
in the first half of April, but we'll see ...
