TLS support is still of interest and I already proposed a
"TLS/SSL support for Privoxy" project to NLnet in May.

NLnet confirmed the receipt but since then I haven't heard
back from them.

IIRC the deadline was June or July when I made the proposal.
I don't know if NLnet silently rejected the proposal or simply
extended the deadline to December.
