Hi Michael,

I suspect that you have retained some of the config files that comprise the 3.0.34 release, meaning that your issue is not that the template is missing in 3.0.32, but rather that a config file from 3.0.34 is looking for a template file that is not present in 3.0.32.

Please perform a clean uninstall, which probably means manually digging through the etc and usr hives to delete all Privoxy subdirs, then do a fresh 3.0.32 install.
