Hi Andrew, Web searches suggest that this is the result of the web client (browser) using WPAD (Web Proxy Auto-discovery Protocol) to try to locate the URL for a proxy configuration file. Why that URL is being resolved as Privoxy trying to load a config file I cannot say - could you enable some debug logging in Privoxy to try to determine the source client that is causing this perhaps?
