Refused connections

Hi Folks, I’ve got a problem using privoxy on a rasperry pi. Privoxy is running on the rasp and I’ve configured the config file or rather the listen address line. I have tested the network configuration after i changed the network seetings of my browser (Firefox), but every connection fail with the report „The proxy server is refusing connections“. I’m using Win 10 and tried to switch off the Windows Firewall but it wasnt successful, the same scenario with my anti-virus protection. The Privoxy-logfile is empty. I’ve traced Firefox but cant read the file or rather didnt find anything helpful. Do you have any ideas i dont know Right now to find the reason for my problem ?
