Privoxy on Mac Sierra

I installed Privoxy on Mac Sierra and the installation completed successfully. However, There is no Privoxy folder under Applications. Where else can I find it?

I also tried to configure Chrome to use the proxy but was not able to reach any site on the internet.

Would appreciate any advice on how to get Privoxy to work.
