What you can do, of course, is editing the CGI templates and block requests to the CGI interface after enabling the allow-cgi-request-crunching directive: https://www.privoxy.org/user-manual/config.html#ALLOW-CGI-REQUEST-CRUNCHING The user can still notice that there's a proxy, though.
