Reg: Forcing first-time clients to acknowledge a page before accessing the webpage requested per session

Hi,

I am trying to use privoxy for a project and have a question on how we can force first-time clients to acknowledge a page before accessing the webpage requested per session. This is more of an acknowledgement page and once accepted, the client can browse the internet with rest of the filters applied as long as the session exists. I am assuming that this can be a cookie based solution but looking for some help on how to do this within privoxy.
