Logfile issue

Hello,

I am running Linux Mint 20.3 Mate and i am running Privoxy 3.0.28. The
logfile in var/log/privoxy stays empty so i can t see what is logged .
Why stays the logfile empty i have nothing changed to the configuration
and the information found on the internet is not an helping hand so can
someone help me.
