I adjusted the text by hand.  See if this is ok:

In general, if you want to adjust the text of a registry entry, the best 
way to do it is to toss a comment on the entry itself.  I see all the 
comments that go by (they have to be explicitly approved), so I can then 
go change the entry.

It's not a great system, but it works for now until I figure out a better 
one.  The thing I'm trying to avoid is a full-fledged account system like 
Freshmeat has.  I think that's a little overkill here.
