nospam and session plugins updated

Hi

I removed the dependencies on the wsgi stuff from both. They should now 
work with good-old plain cgi's out of the box.

The nospam plugin now implements it's check in the new cb_comment_reject 
callback which is automagically called from the comments plugin.

If someone happens to use these in a pure cgi env please drop me a note 
if it all works as expected.
