Yeah...  I think I did the last pass on it.  I want to remove the 
ReadMeForPlugins.py file because it's kind of weird and move it to the 
manual.

Out of curiosity, did you look at the lifecycle stuff I did in Chapter 6 
of the PyBlosxom Manual?  Does that meet either of these needs?  If not, 
can you give me some examples of what I could do to fix it?
