I'm running it on Windows with Apache.  Works fine for me.

I haven't looked at any of the static rendering bugs.  While I wrote the 
original static rendering code, I never use it and don't really know how 
other people use it.

I do have PyBlosxom running on Windows.  I'll try to get static rendering 
working and see what the issue is.

That's fine with me.  I think it's kind of silly they want us to copy 
files--they should do that in the batch file or shell script that's 
calling the static rendering.

I think you mentioned this before and asked me to update the bug...  but 
then I forgot to do it.

I've never had problems with renderers either.  I think it's either their 
setup, they have an errant plugin, or their renderer code isn't right. 
But it's hard to tell with the little detail they provided.

I'll go update the bugs right now.
