docbook

Anyone know anything about docbook here?  I'm having problems getting the 
revhistory section to show up in the html output produced by:

    docbook2html pyblosxom_manual.docbook

The revhistory markup seems valid...  but it doesn't show up in the 
resulting output.

I'm guessing one of three things:

1. I need to use an entity to place the revhistory in the text.
2. or I need to tweak the xsl that converts the docbook xml to html
3. or it's a flag on docbook2html that I for some reason can't find

Any ideas?
